Union minister Ashwini Vaishnaw hailed Operation Sindoor as a powerful reflection of India’s national identity and the strength of its armed forces under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s decisive leadership. He noted that the military response to the April 22 Pahalgam attack underscores both the country’s strategic prowess and the shift towards a more assertive defence doctrine adopted by the Centre.
