These terms of use (Terms) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Times Internet Limited and/or its subsidiary(ies) and/or affiliate(s) (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “TIL”, “we” or “our”) regarding your use of the PublishStory.co (“Site”) and services offered by the Company, including but not limited to, subscription- based services for TIL’s proprietary platform ‘PublishStory’ (the " Service"). You agree that by registering for the Services, using the Site, or other information provided as part of the Services or by clicking “I agree”, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with TIL based on the Terms herein along with Privacy Policy, master service agreement (if any) as executed separately between you and TIL and/or any other additional terms and condition as applicable on you in relation to the use of the Services which is hereby incorporated by reference (collectively referred as “Agreement”), and become a User and agree to be bound by the Agreement.
